Eric will be missed by all who knew him. We both shared a passion for cars and cooking. We shared many recipies with each other over the years.
I have 7 pounds of his beef jerky left that he made for me about 4 months ago in my freezer and I will cherrish every single bit of it. In fact I will be stingy with it, every bite I will remember him.
He was the most humble man I think I have ever met. I'd call him and tell him when I was gonna have my car out and he'd be there to video it and he would put together a badass video. I learned a lot about my suspension from watching the videos he would take. I'm gonna miss our companionship.

Badass dude for sure. He loved drag racing. He always had a camera rolling if there was some drag racing going down. RIP buddy. Gonna miss you for sure.
