    Killer!

    I know the F1 ain't no punk...I just wasn't sure on that diameter of pulley. I bet if you put that same blower and pulley on a 2-valve, you'd see 18-20 psi, because the 302 flows so well

          I wonder what this guy did wrong to tear up his 5.0?


          I had one tuner tell me it's because he was taking it to 7500, rev limiter at 8000.

              apparently the fuel system is pretty stout. Lets hope they fixed a lot of oiling issues.

                      That looks like detonation to me, I don't think even the best forged pistons could handle abuse like that. Either to much timing, not enough octane would be my guess. Reving a motor 500 rpm pass it's original rev limiter does not cause meltdown like that.
                      Blue 99 cobra with flames 7.7@180, 4.9@146 in the 1/8 on 275 radials. Getting it done on a true 10.5" tire, with a 3.5" bore, 32 valves, and 4 cams.
                      The daily: Sonic blue 03 Cobra with twins 1,063rwhp @ 25 psi
                      The daily part 2: Kona Blue 2011 5.0 KB 4.2l KB, AR headers & midpipe, 25psi on E-85 900+RW thru the stock auto.
                      9.91@138.8 on 18's full weight with 750RW

                        That's bad ass... Glad I sold my terminator now. Prob not worth much but scrap now with these 5.0s out! I've been thinkin bout getting a Boss for a daily... 760rw is just silly.

                                Nice deformed oil ring. There was a lot of heat put on that piston.

                                I want to know what he is going to do to fix the block, doesn't it have that sprayed in liner?
