Also have a few 12.4s alot of 12.5's hot lapping it. No one was there. Just a Bama 93 oct tune. DA was 1800ish.

I got back out for a few runs last week at Northstar....best was an 8.30 @ 88 with a 1.95 short time, still bone stock down to the tires. With some more seat time I know I can probably get another 10th or so off of that....it's all in the launch, and I was only leaving at ~2000 rpm. I'd really like to see what it would do on some drag radials....I just might have to step up and get some mounted for it.

I don't care if it makes sense to you, it is true. Buy your drag radials and see for yourself. In fact, sometimes a better launch will bring your MPH down while improving ET.

I've been running 8.5x in the 1/8 consistently on the stock bicycle tires spinning my ass off in every gear and I am at 87MPH. How does that add up? 3.31 gears 6 speed manual. I'm at 5500 in 3rd when I cross the line.

So you are saying I could buy drag radials, hook up, run a 7.9x but my MPH would not improve? That doesn't make sense.
