There used to be a car from Austin that had a 600 inch a headed motor that ran Ttt5, but last I head he wasn't doing the radial thing.

I thought he had Blue Thunder CJ heads. It's been a while though.

I hope everyone comes out this year that said they will. Maybe some that aren't happy with the rules, like us, will rethink it.

I hope the car count is good. TTT5/tex275 must be doing something right cause they are the longest running class in Texas. Some might not agree with the rules but they are pretty fair for everyone. I think every turbo guy a talked to is for the most part happy with the rules. Most nitrous guys are happy also. There are some that don't like the new rules on the .550 raised runner heads but you have to do something when they flow over 500+cfm on the intake side.

I think this year you'll see some 4 second passes, maybe even by a turbo car.

Either way, we'll be there representin'!

Hell, i'll even be there in MY CAR!!

I think if there is a 4 second pass it will be from a turbo car. Nitrous cars won't have enough I don't think.

I plan on making a few races this year but with my cars weight (3700lbs) and retaining the IRS rear I dont expect to run any faster than high 40's when limited to a 36 jet in the direct port.

I don't want to cut the car up just yet. I can get it under 3300 without cutting but it gets expensive. I also want to retain the IRS for now. Going to a solid axle will drop around 250 lbs of weight.
