Anyone running the Ultra HP series Holley carb?

Just curious what your thoughts were on them? Thinking about upgrading. This should probably be in the garage, but I figure the racers would have some input on this subject. TIA

I'v never ran one but a buddy has. compared to his demon he had before i think he really likes it.

I've ran them in the past, and never had a problem - If you don't spend the time tuning it, you'll get half assed results. You can make it as good as you want, or you can make it like a regular ol' holley.

I have been running the same HP Pro series 4150 for a little over 14 years. It's been a great carb. Having some issues with it lately. Will more than likely rebuild it. But I may have a little extra cash and the new ultra's look great, have the big sight glasses and the billet metering blocks that make it appealing. But the $602.00 price tag verses rebuilding my current one is a little one sided at the moment.

The crisp throttle response is a big seller for me.
