I tuned that vette a few weeks ago. It makes 466rw..but the cam he has doesn't make much power down low. Its kinda soft in the torque department

Power through the curve still applys in a race from a roll. The car made good PEAK power, but power under peak seamed to be done. Even a 440rw 302 from a 2011 beat the car by 30rw down low, which is crazy for a bigger motor

Variable Valve technology instead of pushrods will do that, chris.

my car doesnt make good hp till it gets way up into the rpm band so i dont think he was at any disadvantage. The car is just slow any way you look at it
