I don't think replacing a alternator and a 6 year old battery counts as problems, and thru arent related to the mods done to the car. Buying a car like you did and having it break down and stay in the shop for weeks counts as problems. My car has never left me calling someone for a ride.

Me either, I learned long ago your hobby car should never be your daily. That's why we have multiple cars.

Your hobby cars must have been pos. I have been there before but with new cars it's so easy to have a fast reliable daily driver. Mine being my only car

I haven't ever had a "new" hobby car that I could modify. It was always foxbodies which now some are "classics". This 98 swap car is the closest I have been so far to a "new" hobby car.

So it's not smart to race a modified old worn out car lol
