fine as long as they are supervised, mt friend brought his 3 yr old to the last one, so im sure they will be fine.

I've taken my then 7 and 9 year old and had no problems. I brought another adult to sit in the pits or grand stands when I'm running down the track. Plenty of food to make them happy too.
