Tuning a viper alarm system

I know this is the wrong forum but I can't find/don't know the right forum but my Stang has a viper alarm on it and its far to sensitive. Is there any way I can tune it down some. Also I know they say you can add remote starts and things like that does anyone know where besides best buy?

if you know where the brain is hidden there is a sensitivity knob on it or on one of it's auxiliary devices.

if you can't figure it out take it to autosound in beford and ask for EW.

I would take it somewhere but I live in midland 5 hours away...what does the brain look like

you can find it by tracing back the valet switch or the antenna module or the hood switch.

any idea who installed it?

I would find a place to get it reset. I totally f'ed mine up one time and I couldn't get it back. If it's a 2 stage alarm with extra crap like mine was I gave up. lol I took it to my car audio guy and he set up it up in 30 minutes great.
