Liked said before a street car is one that can be driven 50 miles or so and no issues. one that is actualy street legal and not someone that can just pull off of a trailer on the street and race.

here in texas i think a real "street car" needs to have working air conditioning/heat, tags, be able to fill up at a normal gas station, locking doors, real glass, ability to drive 50 miles without giving it a second thought, have a radio/lights/etc.

Can pass inspection if required for it's year and be driven on the road. Any "comforts" should not be taken into consideration because some people are more of a pussy than others.

Working lights and anything that constitutes a car to be "legal" should be present. I would think running off of pump gas would also be a requirement.
