6.98 on motor, 6.28 on a little shot, rolling out and hitting it. Not bad for 4lbs in the bottle with 800 lbs bottle pressure. Need to do a pusher or say screw it and go turbo!

              First pass, it spun.
              Second pass, 5.41
              Third pass, 5.34
Fourth pass, it wheelied pretty good, so I eased it down best I could
Fifth pass, it spun....track was gone by then.

              Best 60' was a 1.28.

This 1999 combo is starting to come around!

I didn't do to well but I'm happy with my mph.

2.1 60ft-17" Nittos plus my car has ZERO suspension

                      7.91

Next time I'm gonna put my bogarts on, with slicks, use the 2 step and pray my stock axels dont break.

Dyno'd it the day before, made a whopping 255 RWHP with the 650 carb. Ran it that night and went a string of 8.0's

Saturday morning, I changed to my badass QFT Annular 750 carb.. Ran a best of 8.14 - then Mike McGee took over and ran some .20's.

Looks like I have the advance mechanism too tight, or it's sticking - it kept backfiring through the carb over and over. Really aggrivating.

Looks like the 350 is going bye-bye for a 5.3L

Sounds like a lean condition. I run a hp pro series 750 on my 350 and it loves it.

Nope. It's 12:1-13:1 when it backfires.. In fact, at wot, it's too rich still, it's going down to 10.8:1 or so. (but the problem occurs on tip in - on the dyno it had two distinct 'steps' in the timing, like the advance was sticking)
