Back in the day the Motorplex in Ennis would if you were 13.00 or slower and the passanger had to have a helmet. The 1/4 mile in Vegas was the same way. I don't know if either of them do it any more though.

Yeah, I think most do as long as its kept under a certain ET and the passenger must have same safety equipment required for the driver for that E/T.
