What launch rpm and what tire and size in the rear?

I tried to hold 3000 rpm as steady as I could for launching. It would still bog just a bit, but any higher and it felt like something was going to break. Tire size is 275/60-15 (ET Street Radials) on 15x10 Race Stars. 3.55 rear gears.
