looks like the turbo blew up and shrapnel took out the oil feed line which causes fire and an oil-down at the same time.

looks like the exhaust housing came apart, burning the oil feed line next to it. I wonder how much back pressure they were seeing? The wheel could have come apart too.JamesB Chassis is looking for a fabricator/general shop help, call or PM for info.

good call, could have been cut by pure heat, but seeing the housing peeled back like that makes me think shrapnel
