You should have pulled away from the get go. I bet it runs pig rich.
Has it ever been tuned?
Personally, I would swap in some four hole 19lb injectors to get back some of your torque and get it tuned.
You could take an extra step and have your heads milled to bump compression and take advantage of that cam.
What exhaust?
What are you changing too?

um putn longtubes, o/r xpipe, brodix aluminum heads, and anderson n41 cam in.1993 Vibrant Red Cobra #1741.
