yea ill never race in mexico two on my friend and my brother wraped a coupe around a light poll going about 100. threw my brother half way out the back window and broke the other dudes leg when they ramped the tree the door cam open and he broke it on the pole. then before all that been busted twice buy the mexico police lol but i was always riding but it sucks trying to find a ride home a 3 in the morning.

Let's just say there is a heads/cam/intake gutted coupe with a c4 and 373s that runs 8.8 on motor and 7.6 on a 1xx shot Here in Denton. Btw it has radials.

Since my car runs just as good on motor. It must not be stock. I hear this weekly. Haha..

All bullshit aside Mike your car runs good just like mine did when it was stock but high 8s now just isnt that fast for a street car. And as far as others with more parts then you and still run those et's than they obviously have something wrong. What town is this sonic at yall meet up at? What night of the week?

Thats pretty stock and not even bolt ons. So where do you come from saying it's not stock? There are several people from USAmustangs and DFWmustangs that have seen my car and will agree it's stock motor.

You're car runs in the 7s while I would not put my car any faster then an 8.7 at best.

Either way, I'm down to shake your hand and see your car run, because I think it's cool.

Btw: why would I not be honest of my mods? These are not money races, so what do I have to lose?

OK. I'll clarify.

First, I'm primarily just giving you a hard time. Don't take it seriously as I'm not intending my statements to be interpreted as such.

My comments about the racing are just in fun. I'm always up for a good race at NSD. You do have a long way to go to run with me. And that's not arrogance, just reality. Your primary issues seem to be traction and possibly suspension issues at this point. I can't tell you what a difference welded sub frames, welded torque boxes, hotchkis lca's, and m/t 26x11.5 dot slicks made on my car. I thought the Dirty Dog 3,800 stall made a difference, but eliminating binding/wheel hop and keep the contact patch of the tire firmly on the ground makes a night and day difference. You'll be running significantly better with some sticky tires and maybe some suspension tweaks. My car was an absolute turd when stock. I sunk a lot of money into this old 2v to make it just get out of it's own way. Those Fox bodies have so much more potential and so much easier to work on. You have that as an advantage over any mod motor.

I have to agree with him, Tim. Don and I popped the hood and looked around, the car definetly looked stock. That car does come with the same amount of torque as mine, and with those gears and a driver that knows how to drive his car pretty well, as well as my car being geared badly, it is possible that he can win.

So does my buddies 10.5:1 compression 306 with ported upper and lower. Ported stock E7T heads, B cam, and stock valve covers. And factory air box w/K&N. And the cute little factory distributor rubber boot cover on it.
