Fair price for this truck?

I'm looking for another truck to tinker with, saw this one on another forum. What do you think is a fair price to pay for this? See any red flags?

What hes asking isnt too unreasonable given all the mods and its in good shape, but with that said, everyone knows what you put into mods you very rarely get back. Its been for sale for a while, im sure at 10k-11k hed sell it quicker, but it is a pretty clean truck... Honestly if that thing was a crew cab I really would have considered it when I bought my 08 earlier this year...

Yea id prefer crew but oh well. I want it to sit up similar to stock height, hoping with the current airbag setup it can be raised a few inches

my buddy was interested in tht truck a few months ago, but i think tht guy wouldnt come down, buddy said its a cali truck and hes expecting cali money lol..

I don't understand the front suspension, off road shocks on a dropped truck? Seems WAY high for something that could be duplicated for much less.

Yeah, I'm not crazy at all about those stock wheels powder coated flat black. It runs good for what it is though.

It doesn't have air ride, just helper air bags. It a static drop.
