They don't look too bad to me. As long as there isn't any deep cuts or cord showing I think they will be OK.

Not from the bad side - on the ad they looked fine, I even asked him on a pm
on the condition and got the "there all ok" answer.

Was unaware of this condition, also trusted his good feedback on there,
which now means shit to me. Never had any issues there.

You didnt "fall" for anything. This guy decided to not disclose some aspect of the tire that would not be considered normal wear and tear and thats BS. Heck, you even asked and gave him a chance to say "there was a little rub on the sidewall, but its just cosmetic" but he chose not to.

I had a similar incident with a used part I bought off corral (had it shipped). I took it up with the guy and after a few PMs back and forth, we worked out a reasonable compromise and he refunded some of the money back. Perhaps you could propose the same with this guy.

I was about to reply somewhere along these lines, but after looking at the ad, I'd be taking it up with the seller. If he can't satisfy you on some sort of an agreement, then DFWM his ass on the Corral. Granted, those were ridiculously cheap, but they were only purchased that cheap because of the misrepresentation. Also, you better capture that ad before the seller decides to remove it.
