I wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much NSD appreciates having DFWMustangs at the track. I don't post all that much, but after lurking on & off for the past 9 years, I feel like I know alot of you guys, and it's always great to put some faces and (real) names together.
Overall, I think the Cruise went very well. We had a great turnout, despite the terribly hot weather, and had no major, on-track issues. As I said Saturday, a huge thanks to Brooks for helping organize and promote these races, and allowing NSD the opportunity to host a couple of the each year. None of this would get off the ground without him.
In regards to the immature guests that felt the need to destroy the bathrooms, I hope it was worth it. In addition to looking like children in front of a large group of forum members and getting thrown out and banned from NSD, additional consequences will surely follow...once I get the complete cost of all damages. And as Brooks mentioned, a HUGE thanks to OreoStang for cleaning up the mess. Just goes to show you what a class act 99.9% of the members are that attend these events.
But anyway, thanks again to everyone that was able to make the trip and we look forward to seeing you back at the track soon.
