      Nice turn out for as hot as it was.

      Well my car ran the worst it has ever run. Worst 60ft, 330, et, mph. I should have re-tuned it for this heat. I haven't been to the track at all this summer so I didn't know how the heat would affect my car since I already had it set up fat. Well now I know.

      Come on cooler weather !!!

          Terrible. 7.4 was the best motor pass.

            i know the feeling, best (and worst) i could muster was a handful of 7.20's @ 96-97mph. car was dead consistent, just not fast enough, all my time slips are like mirror copies of each other, same 60's, et, and trap. it's either going to have to get cooler or i'm going to have to add some hp to go faster. was decently happy with the fact that the car didn't really slow down after i added back in all of the a/c stuff.

            how much nitrous do you spray and how much does it cut off your et?

              200 shot , .30-.40 is what it normally runs. It's too fat right now. It's has run high 6's on motor in good weather

                Thanx for the honor Brooks. Wasn't going to let some ass hats ruin our changes or make us look bad by tearing up a bathroom

                    Thanks Brooks. I consider myself VERY LUCKY that the car did not catch fire and burn to the ground. Shoemaker had just recently sent me a link to a video of Mike Brown's car burning up from the same EXACT thing happening to his car. Somebody was looking out for us for sure. I will get the intake off tonight so you can make it "Brook's PROOF" so this can never happen again.

                      That's gonna be an easy fix, we just have to make sure it didn't get any headgaskets because of it.

                                My 95 vert was all over the place time wise. It hooked really well on those short indy car slicks, enough to make it bog off the line. I switched back to street tires and it was a little more consistent. I went out in the first round with a -0.05 red light. I still had a bunch of fun and enjoyed meeting you guys. At least I didn't get eliminated by a Miata.
