"Slow motor skills" is what was initially said... as in delayed physical movements for the actions needed (ie: steering, braking, corrections, etc). Motor skills invole more than just shifting at the right time.

Car was a pile of shit. 70 nova with rust all over. It was fast though. I have pics on a hard drive that is locked up. Just havent met up with the guy to have him fix it yet.
