I've got a R gallon water cell that's going in the back, we'll change the water/ice every pass same as the intercoller cell.

Something to consider, one of the teams I race with has a cooler for a cool suit, and they have a couple stringers of water bottles that they freeze. When they swap the bottles, they drop the (thawed) stringer in a cooler with dry ice, and it freezes in minuets.
