truck gt40 intake on 88 5.0

just noticed no port for the air temp sensor on this lower intake ....do I need to drill and tap or is there a place to put it somewhere else..any info would help

You can put it in the tube before the throttle body, the 94/95 cars did this. You can also tap the intake, it is a 3/8" NPT tap that you need.
