Been busy as hell at work but was able to get alittle done this weekend. I had the hub jig plates cut last weekend and finally got them mounted up. I ordered a third CV axle since i had two that didnt match.

So today i was finally able to bolt all this mess together.

How are you cutting those fixture plates? Do you have a CNC plasma, subbing it out, or maybe cutting by hand?

I'm always curious to see how other people do that type of stuff.

I usually cut everything by hand. Those jig plates the hubs are bolted to i had cut with a cnc plasma from a buddy. I got about halfway thru making them by hand and i fucked up so for round two i wanted to save some time. Ended up being alot cheaper for my customer too

Update on the ranger i did

Just some updates on this truck, the owner has been busy! He pulled the factory dash and AC and installed a 64 Corvair Greenbiar van dash and an under dash aftermarket AC unit. Then there is the obvious work out back, its really coming together!

Im pretty sure he is going to change out the column at some point. This truck is still very much under construction. He is about to put some 20s on the front to match the back which i think will looks tons better

Well i have been doing stuff with this project, just havent done anything physical. I designed and had these rails made and i have designed and have all the IRS geometry done, just need to make the parts now. This is the first part of the puzzle! I have some more stuff going on also, stay tuned!
