    Mine used to burn my nose after about 30 minutes of driving. Had to put tail pipes on shit was brutal.

          Usually if the trunk/ hatch weather strip is good and there are no holes in the floor pan it isn't to bad when driving . If the interior is stripped and there are no turn downs on the muffs it like riding in the gas chamber .

                The x is 109.


                The extra strait in 4' was 17.


                The u bend was 20 when I got it but it looks like it went up to 27.


                So it's right at about 160. bucks .

                    What did the end of your headers look like? I've got these BBK headers with the 2 bolt flange on the end. Why do they take a 3" pipe and neck it down to 2" like this? Is there any sort of benefit? I'm thinking of cutting it off and welding a three bolt flange on there like you have.

                      No benefit in performance but the ball sockets seal better . That is the only up side of them .

                        Necking it down to fit OEM pipes, plus cheap manufacturing process? If you need the flow uncork them.

                          dumpy thanks for posting this. It inspired me to get mine done. I bought all the stuff from your links and I finished all the fab work today and just have to get some hangers tomorrow then I can go for a ride. We cranked it up and 3" through dynomax ultra flos sounds pretty sweet. I've gotta get some plugs for my O2 sensor holes also, its poppin out those. I'll put some pics up tomorrow.

                            fits pretty good, just a tiny bit lower in the back than I like but it clears everything

                                post up the pics when you do.

                                I wound up cutting those flanges off the headers and using the 3 bolt. The car sounds pretty good now, a little on the too fucking loud side for me but i'll live.
