I will take a sound clip tonight since it was too late to take one last night. I finished about 1 am and had to be to work this morning at 9am.

The welds on the 16ga will look better once I get my .040 filler instead of this 1/16 that I am using. I hate the way 1/16 filler welds on 16ga. It is hard to control the puddle since you can't dab just a small amount.

Are you merging two banks into the same size line? I'd think that would be a pretty big restriction! Looks good. The only thing I noticed besides the diameter was the welds on the 45's. They look a little cold. Were you able to look at the inside to verify penetration?

I welded it at 75 amps. It looks cold because of the 1/16 filler.
