Brooks, When welding axle tubes does the rear need to be on some sort of "jig" or table to have it all squared up, Since I've heard when welding tubes to housing that the heat will bend up the tubes or something in that nature. Idk, I'm just curious and decided to ask a fab guy...

Yes, you 'should', but I didn't and normally dont. This particular kind of C clip uses a ball bearing - it will be perfectly fine if it's out of line a little bit. Now, I have the jig setup like shown above, but it's not for this kind of rear end. I don't do a lot of that kind of work, so it's not a must have tool for me. In fact, I don't do that ONE job for anyone but myself -I've never had a problem with it, but there's always that possibility.

The car moves under it's own power now. Got the rear end all put together, setup, painted, and brakes bled. The brake bleeding was NO fun.
This pic shows the retainer straps that keep the hoses from blowing apart. (bolts not installed yet)
Next, Rear end parts sitting on the table waiting to go to their new home.
Pinion with solid crush sleeve and final shim.
Verifying end play for the last time...
assembled and just about ready to go to it's final destination...

Money shot #2.
Cheap ass brake lines - see a problem?
I see the problem!! (luckily this happened on the jackstands)
loaded up and ready for the dyno!!!
Last but not least, the dyno! It was relatively problem free, everything pretty much worked as it's supposed to - this is only the first pull, we didn't record all of them. The smoke is from about 4 drops of oil on the crossover pipe. The turbo drain was leaking for some reason. I had a consistent problem leaning out, and didn't figure it out till it was time to go home. (the PVCR's are too small). For some reason I thought my carb 'recipe' said they were supposed to be .0625, and in fact, they should have been .095.. Doh.
Nothing special -
Blowthrough 331 cubic inch, 82mm turbo, powerglide, 275 drag radials. The smoke is coming from about 4 drops of oil on the wastegate piping. The oil dran hose...
