I don't know how much a stock 351w will actually handle, but I have one that been 9's in a really heavy hatch on spray with a set of AFR205's.

FWIW, Clifton's car made 860ish on the stock 2bolt setup, ran 25psi or so and ran 5.40's@132. It only made one quarter mile pass- spun, pedaled it, and ran 8.80@156 I think..

Made near or just over 100passes, never popped a gasket and looked brand new when it broke. It broke a pushrod, popped the rocker off and dropped a valve.
