Anytime you start modding your car (any car) you are going to have problems, why you ask, because you are doing these things to go faster. Going faster cost lots of money, its an expensive hobby, I know.
I've been in the racing scene when you were wondering what to do with that ding-a-ling you call a penis. I have the same car you do as my daily, I can make it fast, but I have a fast car, I need my GT to get me to work to make money and when it has problems I need to be able to take it in for warranty work and I want no questions asked.

We don't know why it locked up. There are cases that on 2012 GT's engine seizing up for no reason and they were bone stock with less then 5k miles. My car was working fine one min and 15 mins later it was locked up with no signs. I know what comes with modding cars I've been doing it for 15 years. You have to pay to play.

They lock up because the owners are out there driving it like they stole it and most of the time they have some mods done to them. My car has not one single mod done to it, not a K&N, not a cat-back and I run 89 octane through it.
I also on occasion drive that car like I fuck pussy, fast, sideways and like the pussy owes me money for methamphetamine. Its sitting outside of my shop right now with 20k miles on it and when I turn the key it purrs like it suppossed too. Make no mistake Jeff, its fucked up because you've modded it, dude. So don't come in here playing like it just "blew up" and you DON't know why.

It didn't blow up man. Don't know where you are getting that from. You don't know the story behind the whole situation. My engine is locked up. It was driving fine one min and then the next when try to start it up it wouldn't crank over. So tell me how I fucked it up? When this happen it wasn't even in my possession. Ever since I've done my mods I've never been to the track, I've raced once on the hwy and I've never used nitrous outside the tuning on the dyno. We still haven't figured out the reason the engine is locked up. Everything on the top end looks good. The oil looked brand new cause it was changed 100 miles ago. The plugs looks good, and there is no sign of overheating. The only other thing that was changed on my car that haven't been checked yet is the billet oil pump gear. That part there might have screwed up and locked up the engine but won't know until the engine is tore down. My engine isn't blown up. Hell there still a chance there is nothing wrong with my engine and it just might be a part wedge in somewhere.
