      Idle air control valve maybe? Throttle position sensor? I am no mechanic but those are the first things that comes to mind.

          have you pulled the plugs and looked them?, whats fuel pressure set at? What voltage did you set the TP sensor on the new throttle body at? Spec is around .99volts (dc), unplug the coolant temp sensor to put it back into open loop and what does it do? And CHECK THE TIMING, 14degrees with the spout pulled out at idle....need more info bud

              intake leaking that will cause it to surge or trottle body! and try cleaning the mass air if its a mass air car!

                  Mass air and throttlebody are both brand new and the massair are for the 24lbs injectors im running.

                        Wierd my car is doing the same shit, was running fine before i hooked exhaust up and
                        o2's back up. Still messing with mine though, surges only sometimes. when its cold it runs great. But it likes to cutout under hard acceleration. ??????

                            oh and for the love of roosters please check the ignition switch.... if you never replaced it you might need too
