You should go for a ride in both kinds of cars (centri/roots) before deciding what you're going to do. I can take you for a ride in my eaton car so we have that covered. Then find someone with a centri car then you can make an informed decision to see which you like more.

Centri is probably gonna be the limit of my spending. I'm on a $2500 budget. Unless you can piece together an eaton kit for just as cheap. I Definetly won't turn down the ride!

I'll probably buy a used SCT tuner first, because I can use that before I have everything. Then after my first paycheck I'll hunt for a vortech unit on ebay. Which Vortech hu is the cheapest/ will get me to 400rw?

Don't waste your money on a tuner - let a reputable shop do it with their software. Manny @ HPP did a great job on mine.

do blower i bought my whole fmic vortech strim kit for 2k, and as for as roots goes what is going to put on with his heads???? roots feels so much better but if you race a roots vs a centri feeling good doesnt always mean your faster , winning > feeling
