Rims could be out of "round" and still balance. Also you could have belt seperation on the inside of the tire and you can't see it. You need to put it on a lift. I could PM U m \y shop info if u want. Sorry didn't see last post but it sounds like flywheel clocking

Hmmmm is there anyway to find out the weight on the flywheel. Cause I purchased the tranny clutch and flywheel all together from a guy.

Fly wheel prob needs balanced. I may be mistaken but I think it needs to be motor balanced too. I aslo think the dampners are diff between auto and std

The motor is fresh inside and out. I am more Towards something inside the trans itself.

Is the engine just a stock rebuild to 5.0 HO specs? Or is it just a 5.0(non HO) - I **think** there is a difference in the balance/imbalance depending on whether it is HO or not.

If the engine is a HO from a 86-93(maybe more) it should be a 50oz imbalance on the flywheel and balancer. There may be other identifiers as to which balance you need - hopefully someone with more experience can speak up and help you out.

The motor was and should still be a ho cause I put it back together the same way I took it apart minus the fuel inj. And made it carb.

OK. The only reason I asked is because it was a conversion car and I've seen people source engines from different places with the idea that since it's the same displacement, it's the same engine.

The t5 and flywheel - are they from a Mustang too?

Yes. But I don't know the history of the t5 and flywheel. So I am just gonna get a new flywheel and clutch when I can get the funds just to rule those out too
