  • 1970 Mach 1: Replace leaf spring bushings

Anyone know a shop in the Dunc/Desoto or Cedar Hill area that can press out old bushings and install new ones?

would be cheaper to just put new springs on the back!! or are you looking to go with poly bushings? Not hard to remove, just drill out rubber and cut tin sleeve, pressing in however kinda a trick, but sorry dont know any one in that area

Went to D&S off of 67. They were able to remove and press them in. What about a spring shop that can de-arch springs? I test fit my 315/17 on the rear of my 1970 Mach and I need it lowered about 3".

Weaver spring in hutchins does it, I think.

I've got 315's under my 69, but its got an 8.8.
