Clutch problem?

This cable clutch on the mustangs is something I'm not used to. After a hard run the pressure gets easier and I smell burnt plastic/hair and it looses much boost inbetween shifts, like it's slipping and then grabbing. So am I describing a bad clutch?

Sounds like it. You need a better clutch set. Don't forget to resurface flywheel.

sounds like the clutch is bad or the cable isnt allowing the clutch to engage all the way.

cable sounds a little too tight, you did use a longer one for the swap not the stock 95 cable correct? also are you using the stock quadrant? pull pedal up towards you and see if it will *click* and reset

Thanks for the help, guys. It has bigger issues than the clutch. Taking it back to GHP, in a few weeks and let them sort it out.
