  • Drag radial tire pressure?

What's a recommenadable tire pressure for my M/t drag radials when I'm driving on the street with them?

Depends on the width of the tire compared to the width of the rim. Main thing to watch out for is if they are overinflated it will wear out the middle in no time.

Do a burn out on clean concrete and look at the pattern it should be the same darkness all the way across if it is darker on the outsides then add air if it is darker in the center pull some air out.

They're 275-40-17 I've had them at 16-18psi and they seem to be wearing evenly but wanted to check to see if I was in the ball park.
