Defrost for the nitrous purge

cig lighter for the juice so it automatically turns off after a pass

I believe DEI (the company that makes Viper alarms) makes a 12v dc impulse "latching" relay. Go to a good car audio/alarm place and quiz them or like others have said use the fog switch or even better yet, use a thermo switch!

Only pad thing about fog light switch is that the running lights flip on when you press the fog light tab. I could make it work though.

I like the idea of using that too. Just trying to keep toggle switches out of the car. Unless I have to have them. And when and if I do they'll be under the ash tray door.
