  • tranny issues?

I have never had a transmission go out so I am not sure how it feels. Our expedition started acting us yesterday. I was on the highway and was cruising at 65 ish and and then felt the car shift lungeing me forward very lightly. The rpms dropped a couple hundred and then goes back up. The wife said it is doing it around town now.

    Any help would be great.

      most likely.
knew a guy that rebuilt his trans because of the same issue, still didnt fix it.
ended up being a few wires.

It is coil on plug. How do I troubleshoot which one it is?

without a check engine light set, you will need a shop to perform a cylinder balance test would be the easiest

Yea, there is no CEL. I can change the coils, if I know which one it is. The only one that looks like an issue is the furthest one back on the passenger side.

ask brent (bcoop) what troubles he was having on his expy. i believe it was his coils.

                          god bless.
