    What the difference between the Twisted Wedge and the Twisted Wedge Track Heat?

    in for info on this one, what site are you looking at to compare them? most sites that sell stuff like that will give specs and reasons for application.

      Looks like the valve springs. The track heats have dual springs supporting up to .600 lift.

                  Heads are on order. Trick Flow Track Heat heads with a Fox Lake Stage 4 port. Thanks for the help guys.

                      Track heat heads are a aluminum version of the old iron highports design
                      2001 Ford Lightning Silver

                            That used to be the case. These are actually twisted wedges with a bigger, better valvetrain. I gotta admit, I thought the exact same thing as you did, when I clicked on the thread.

                            I'm gettin' to where what I know is old school, I guess LOL
