'02 WJ Jeep slush box?

Anyone have a lead on a shop in the DFW are who does good tranny work? 2002 WJ 2wd Grand Cherokee with around 200K miles started not wanting to shift, has a death rattle coming from the tranny, and the fluid is shit brown. Looking for just a tranny, but if R&R is a good deal, that would be nice too. The tranny is an 42RE automatic.
