Any guys running the IW 10% or 15% OD balancer?

Im trying to get a lil info on them. I am thinking about running one. Im currently at about 16-18 psi with my D1sc on a built 2000 2v. Ive heard that with an OD pulley, the boost comes on quicker and that is more so what im interested in. Not so much the "peak" boost but just having it come on stronger in the lower RPMS. Anyone have any experience with them? good or bad.

Ill add that im still on the stock intake and 75 mm TB....

I may ditch the idea of the OD balancer for an eddie/6061 combo but just want more info on the OD balancers.
