91 302 w/ small turbo c4 w/brake, i can gradually roll into it and all the way through just fine, however when i leave off the transbrake as soon as it launches the car will completely shut down (as in no power no nothing), when i let off the gas it comes back to life and will take back off as soon as i hit the pedal, if i am driving down the road in 2nd and roll into it to fast the samething happens, again as soon as i let off the gas it comes back to life, then will go just fine.

Sounds like a loose ground or coil or plug wire. Something electric or fuel related

oh and it is fuel injected.

i agree, but why would it come back consistently time after time, a loose ground wouldnt just re ground cause i let off the gas, same with the coil, usually good or bad, however i was leaning towards the 6al, but i did change it out to another and same thing happened with it

Check your tps sensor voltages. Including the sweep from idle to WOT.

Try taking the MSD Box off all together!

also try fixed timing (about 20*) and no spout...

It may blow the spark out depending on the combo...

oh, and how about tune details...the load will be extremely high coming off the tbrake, it may be going way lean. hard to diag here of course

i understand off the brake, but even if just cruising down the road in an easy 2nd, if i sstomp it, it will die, let off and back to power, i can then roll into it and off she goes, i have been thinking the tps and i will check it out this week. i will try the spout out at 20 first tho,

well made one quick run at 20 w/spout out, ran aliitle rough off idle but didnt die like it had been, blew a radiator hose, so have to wait to run a few more times, about 1 out of 10 times before it would make a good run so i want to make a couple more to make sure it was valid
