I've got a 275/50-15 drag radial on the back of mine.

My ROH's have 275/40-17's on them.

I ditched the quads. My car has Maximum Motorsports lower control arms, so I wasn't too worried about wheel hop.

My buddy with an 88 Coupe, ditched the quads, rolled the lips, and stuck a pair of 275/60's on a pair of 15x8 draglites.

If your running stock control arms you can try inverting the quad shocks to gain a little extra clearance. Otherwise invest in some lcas or you can probably fit 265 60 15s on there

Huh, didn't know you could squeeze those on there. Still, you'd have a greater (flat) contact patch with a narrower tire.

This is true but the DR sizes are a little limited . I think they look good and meaty on there .
