What can I say, I'm a pussy mechanic. When Bad89stang was my son in law I was learning from doing stuff with him. Now that he is gone there is only so much I will attempt. I'm a paint by numbers guy. Give me good instructions and some pictures and I will give it a try. For some reason cracking the pumpkin and messing with C clips is a little intimidateing to me since I've never seen in done first hand.

It is at first, but you just dive in with nose plugs(literally) and work it out.

Had the same issue with mine. Bluecouperedvert figured out that the axle was slightly bent and it was causing the caliper to dig into the rotor and screech. We re-installed the caliper with a wider washer to stop it from screeching, and I'm replacing the axle soon.
