96 DOHC Shop Recommendations

I am in need of a recommendation for a shop to look at the starter and starter wiring and also tune/dyno a 96 Cobra.

My brother rebuilt the motor and then was deployed with the Marines. While he is gone I am trying to get the car started and tuned. The rebuild was mostly stock with the exception of pistons that slightly raised compression.

Ideally, closer to Fort Worth is better, but Dallas is still an option.
