Ignition coil. Open your hood at night and see if it glows blue.

For as far as vibrations go.....

Been there, done that. Got a t shirt and went back..

        Bitch still shakes.

        Check motor mounts.

As far as vibrations go, check you motor mounts, and maybe even your harmonic balancer, also when you changed the plugs did you notice any that looked funny?

then it is probably from canada... those are the only gt/cobras.... not a true cobra, i think it was just put under that name so ford could keep the rights to the Cobra name.... (I THINK)

The miss fire im not going to mess with.

As far as vibration goes it could be alot of shit.

A few things people overlook. Driveshaft splines. Transmission tail shaft bushing. Broken belts in tires.

It depends on when it vibrates. All the time, in gear at speed, what speed, only in 4th gear, neutral.

Is it possible you hooked the wires up wrong. Just go back and double check. Sounds like to me that, that could be why its shaking, missing on one cylinder and causing it to shake really bad at higher rpm. I would start by double checking that.
