Blocks and internals are nothing more then compression and displacement.
And Im sorry but a crossflow head will out perform a wedge.
Turbulence!
Look at the hemi in the 50s and 60s. They were the best for a reason. Cross-flow.
Expcept for cobrajet wedge head. That's a nasty motor.

Uhm. Answer the question. Can you not read today?
Show me a 281cu n/a pushrod v8 that makes over 300rwhp. Pump gas.

You keep bringing your new beloved 2011 5.0 into your equation, even though you're not using it (or in your case, dreaming about) on your car, so why bring it in? Stick with your wet dream of your eaton 4v as a cheaper source to make 500hp and we can shoot it down. When we do, you add more bullshit to your scenario that is completely out of your realm (like the rest of this anyway) instead of conceding that your point wasn't correct.

I'm not here to argue which Is best. And 10k really?.. I have personally seen people do this swap into 99-04gt for about a 1/4 of that.
It's all a matter of waiting on good deals.
The question I was having was regarding the PcM. I was told there were 2 ways.
The way I thought would be to get a PCM and harness from a car, and swap into mine. Have obd2 and be done with it. And use a Mach/cobra cluster or would it be easier and look better to run full autometer dash with the bezel and all?
Id start off with a 3650, and get a 6spd later on.
Fuel system would just be a cobra pump with the control module.
And what else a k member and swap headers?
You are making it seem as if I am trying to hang the moon. It's just an engine. And it's just a car. Calm down.

Why does pushrod need a cam and bolt ons?
