Accufab TB identification

This TB was on an intake I purchased recently. I'm a little confused as to why the inlet is almost 100mm and the outlet (at the intake) is only 75mm. Is this the way all Accufab TBs are? What do i actually have here?

Race version. All of them have a 90MM inlet. No vent tube, right?

Where is the vent tube located?

On top, opposite the throttle linkage. The vent tube leads to the filler neck on the valve cover.
