Quick and dirty, or doing it for max sound deadening? If you want the max, add a layer of closed cell foam, and then a layer of mass loaded vinyl on top of the dnyamat or whatever other one you choose. I'd use these guys for the doors and the trunk, and likely the floor. Don't know if they sell the vinyl and the foam though.

We ordered a Ford Transit passenger wagon and I'm quite probably going to do a full package from SDS on the Transit. We did an extended test drive and I struggled to hear my kids talking to me from the middle or back rows. I don't want to scream across the van so I'm guessing I've got a couple of weekends worth of work ahead of me once we get the van.

I went way overboard with the hushmat. I 100% covered the interior of my 2010 F150 Screw. With the foam and MVL covered the rearwall, rear doors and the rear floor up too the backside of the front seats. I can now use my Bluetooth to talk on the phone in my load ass truck.

We have also used their stuff on the last two trucks and have been happy with the results. There is really no need to do 100% coverage with the CLD material which helps with cost.
