03 Kia Rio rough running

My Sgt's beater is having rough idle issues. He complains of rough idle, loss of power is from a dead stop. He states it gets slightly better when it warms up. WHen he rant hec oodes, its a misfire for cylinder 2. Replaced plugs. He says cylinder 2's plug was crushy black. Im thinking vacuum... Hes coming by tomorrow so we can screw with it. Ideas? THanks!

Put a coil and wires unless its a cop coil set up then just #2 coil

Swap plug, wire or cop(if it has i don't have alldata in front of me atm) to another cylinder. See if missfire moves. if not....compression check.

This... the kia's if i remember correctly on those years have 2 cylinders per pack, i.e. 2+4, and then 1+3, just swap over the coilpack for two cyls
