OEM Ford Cassette Deck

Does anyone have a working one of these laying around? I know they used them in a bunch of early 90s models. The OBS F150 I picked up is an XL so radio only. Would like to find a cheap one so I can use a tape adapter with my phone.

Probly stupid but I just hate how most of the aftermarket headunits look. Also think its best to have a something stock with how the truck is going to be stored most of the time.
